I am fully booked for the remainder of 2024. Thank you for the support!
- Lady Jasmine is a small batch, solo person operation. Therefore, all orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance. The earlier you place your order, the better! Orders submitted less than two weeks before pick up date are subject to additional fees.
- All order forms for cakes are submitted as a request, as the date and time requested may not be available.
- After submitting your order form, you will receive a reply from me that either approves your order or asks to pick a different date or time. Once the date and time is approved, I will ask for pre-payment which will secure your order on my calendar.
- Accepted forms of payment include Venmo, PayPal, cash, and check.
- If you need to cancel your order, please do so via email at a minimum of 48 hours before the agreed pick up date for a full refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given on a shorter notice.
- Pick up is in Santa Rosa, right off HWY 101. The exact address will be provided along with pick up instructions the day before scheduled pick up.
