Uniquely Plant-Based
Working at Little Saint in Healdsburg changed how I approach baking. It showed me that plant-based ingredients aren’t limiting—they’re expansive. They allow for a different kind of creativity, one that leans into fruits, botanicals, and natural flavors in a deeper way. All of my cake menus are plant-based by default—not as a restriction, but as an invitation. Most people don’t even realize it. They just know it tastes incredible.





Our story
Lady Jasmine is a queer-owned micro-bakery creating cakes and desserts rooted in nature, seasonality, and intention. Each creation is thoughtfully composed using natural ingredients, florals, teas, herbs, and subtle sweetness—designed to be felt as much as tasted.
